THE COMPANY
It is the continuation of Faros real estate beading constriction which is a construction and real estate agency company founded in 1998. In the 2013 crisis, we decided to take advantage of some of our properties in tourism! Our main goals were anticipated to:
Maintain the hibernation real estate and beading constriction until the end of the crisis!
We anticipated the gradual utilization of our real estate and first our 11,500 sqm estate at Pano Stalos in a touristic unit of Villas of high standards, alternative thematic tourism with main themes to be:
- The olive oil of the olive tree!
- Aloe Vera and its benefits,
- Avocado, the perfect fruit!
3) The gradual renovation and integration of function in furnished apartments of high standard in our property in Paleochora!
Our first property included our main house at Pano Stalos. A stone house -white BIOENERGY, BIOCLIMATIC, ECOLOGICAL .construction in 2006 and the environment of 11.500sqm. After we renovated it, we started cooperating with Airbnb in 2015! Alongside we organized some plans:
a) The olive oil of the olive tree!
We cleaned some of the roughly 180 olives of wild olive trees that were on the estate and we are adding more!
b) Aloe Vera and its benefits,
We started the gradual cultivation of Aloe Vera and today we have more than 180 plants
c) Avocado!
A painful, costly and time-consuming process! We have completely changed the morphology of half the estate by creating terraces where we planted the 198 avocado plants, which from 2019 will begin to produce their wonderful fruits!
At the same time from 2016 we began the gradual renovation and start of operation in furnished apartments from our property in Paleochora! In 2017 Toproof garden home started! In 2019 we added to another apartment with 2 bedroom located in the same building, and we prepare for 2020 two more two-bedroom apartments !!!
Our goal is to offer numerous well-designed and unique services for both travelers and tourism professionals.
In 2019 we will re-activate Faros real Estate beading constriction!
Our main goal is to become a member of the community, to be recognized and recognize others. Member of the National Tourism Organization (EOT) – Member of the Greek Association of Tourism and Tourism Organizations (HATTA)
